Veno (“we”, “our”, “us”) builds a mobile application that turns text prompts into images. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you install or use the Veno app (“Service”).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Prompts: The text you enter to generate images is processed in real time; we do not log or store these prompts.
Feedback / Support: If you email us at venosjorean5512sdj@outlook.com, we keep your message and email address only as long as needed to resolve the issue.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device Data: OS version, device model, language setting, and anonymous crash logs collected via Apple/Google diagnostics.
Usage Metrics: Aggregate counts of feature taps (e.g., “Export pressed”) and error codes—no keystroke logging or prompt content.
Purchase Receipts: For in-app purchases, Apple or Google supply us with minimal receipt data (transaction ID, product SKU, date) to unlock paid features.
2. How We Do Not Collect Data
Images remain on-device. Generated images are written to your local photo gallery or file system unless you explicitly share or upload them elsewhere. We do not copy, transmit, or store the images on our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
Apple App Store / Google Play: Handle payment processing and subscription status; their privacy policies apply.
Analytics: We use the privacy-friendly, self-hosted instance of Plausible which collects only anonymized page-view data.
4. Cookies & Trackers
The app itself does not use cookies. The optional analytics script uses a first-party, cookie-less approach that does not track users across apps or websites.

6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Export: All generated images are yours to save or delete at any time through your device’s standard photo or file managers.
Opt-out of Analytics: Toggle “Analytics” off in Settings → Privacy.
Request Data: Email us at venosjorean5512sdj@outlook.com and we will confirm what, if any, personal data we hold about you.
8. Security Measures
All network traffic uses TLS 1.3.
Receipt validation tokens are stored hashed.
No passwords or user accounts are created; therefore, there is no credential database to breach.
9. International Transfers
Because images never leave your device and analytics data is processed on EU-based servers, no cross-border transfer of personal images occurs.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
