Welcome to Veno, the pocket-sized pigment engine.
By tapping “Install” you dip your brush into this Palette Pact—a lightweight, good-faith agreement between you and Veno Co. (“we”, “the Atelier”).
I. Colour Tokens & Credits
Each time you press “Create”, you spend one Colour Token. Free users receive 10 Tokens daily; unused Tokens evaporate at midnight UTC.
Paid packs of Tokens are called Pigment Credits. They never expire but are tied to the store account that bought them.
II. Palette Rules (Do & Don’t)
Do remix, print, or sell your own generated images—no extra fee.
Don’t feed the canvas prompts that infringe trademarks, depict minors in unsafe contexts, or attempt to generate medical imagery for diagnosis.
Don’t scrape our style embeddings or use automated tools that exceed 60 requests per rolling hour.
III. The Ephemeral Easel
Images live on-device until you delete them. If you turn on Cloud Easel (opt-in), we store a 512 px preview for 30 days to let you sync across devices. Full-resolution TIFFs stay local unless you explicitly export.
IV. Model Lineage & Open Attribution
Veno rides a mix of in-house and open-source diffusion models. If you publish an image created with Veno, we kindly ask (but do not require) that you credit “Veno AI” and link to veno.app/attribution for full model citations.
V. Sunset Clause
If the Atelier sunsets the app (no updates in 24 consecutive months), we will open-source the non-proprietary style weights under MIT licence within 90 days.
If unresolved, any claim will be heard in the small-claims court of San Francisco County, California, USA, unless both sides agree to online arbitration via Arbitration.com.
VII. Palette Updates
We may tweak colours (this Pact) occasionally. We’ll paint an in-app banner 7 days before major changes; otherwise, the newest hue applies automatically.
VIII. Acceptance Ritual
By creating your first image after this date, you dab the digital canvas—signalling consent to the Palette Pact in full.
